Emails sent to temporary inboxes are stored for a maximum of 24 hours, then permanently and automatically deleted. Fixed mailbox emails (paid feature) are retained for up to 7 days based on user settings. We do not read, analyze, or process email content for any purpose other than displaying it to you.

Technical Data

We may collect minimal technical data (such as browser type and general geographic region) for service optimization and abuse prevention. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

Data Retention

Temporary inbox emails are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. Fixed mailbox emails (paid feature) are retained for up to 7 days based on user settings, then automatically deleted. There is no way to recover deleted data. This automatic deletion ensures your communications remain private.

Third-Party Services

Our service is built on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes emails as they arrive. Cloudflare's email routing service is used solely for technical delivery. We do not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media trackers.

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (such as storing your language preference and current inbox session locally in your browser). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Your Rights

Since we collect minimal personal information, there's little to request, modify, or delete. Temporary inbox emails are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Fixed mailbox emails are deleted after up to 7 days. You can close your browser at any time to end your session, or delete your fixed mailbox manually if you have one.

Children's Privacy

TmpMail is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since no registration is required and we don't collect personal information, this concern is minimized.
